In 2017, our family owned and operated small business was registered as J&M Guttering, LLC. We recently rebranded in November 2023 to better convey what we do and what sets us apart.
We proudly serve Charlotte, NC and surrounding areas. For your and our protection, we are a registered and insured business.

Jeyson Centeno, President - The Boss
Jeyson founded JMC in 2017 with a vision of delivering top-quality service. Originally from Nicaragua, Jeyson is a proud father of two, traveler, and soccer fanatic, cheering for FC Barcelona, Charlotte FC, and Messi as his favorite player! He’s the one you’ll meet for estimates and project consultations!
Marisol "Mary" Tomey, Business Administrator - The Wife
Mary keeps our office running smoothly. A former IT professional in the financial sector, Mary transitioned to JMC in 2022 to help Jeyson with the growing business. Originally from Cuba, she’s a mother of two, a travel enthusiast who loves making the most of points and miles, and foster mom to cats from local shelters!
Nerys Centeno, Office Assistant - The Sister
Nerys joined JMC Guttering & Renovations in 2025, bringing over six years of customer service experience from the education field. Outside of work, Nerys loves watching movies, playing sports, and traveling with her family—especially trips to the mountains and the beach!
Engels Centeno, Sr. Field Service Specialist - The Brother
With over 10 years of experience, Engels is a key part of our team, bringing expertise and precision to every project. On his free time, you’ll likely find him boating, fishing, and camping on nearby lakes or cheering on his favorite soccer teams! He also loves spending quality moments with his loved ones.
Jonathan Hudiel, Field Service Specialist - The Cousin
With a knack for speed and precision, Jonathan is a trusted partner in getting the job done right. A fan of cars, motorcycles, and video games, he appreciates the details that make things run smoothly—both at work and in life. When he’s not on a job, he enjoys spending quality time with his family.

With over 16 years of experience, Neris works closely with us to offer our clients interior and exterior painting services. On her free time, she enjoys time with her huskies and finds peace in reading the Bible.
